    Terms of Sale

    Scope

    These Terms of Sale apply to all subscriptions and purchases made through the Meridiane platform by schools and institutional clients.

    They govern the contractual relationship between Meridiane and the purchasing party.

    Pricing

    Student access to basic features is free of charge. Institutional subscriptions are subject to pricing as displayed at the time of order.

    All prices are stated in euros. Meridiane reserves the right to modify prices; new prices apply to renewals and new subscriptions only.

    Ordering

    To place an order: select the desired plan, provide billing and payment information, accept these Terms of Sale, and confirm the order.

    A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.

    Payment

    Payments are processed by Stripe Inc., a PCI-DSS certified payment service provider. Meridiane does not store your payment card details.

    Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other methods supported by Stripe.

    Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

    Right of Withdrawal

    Under Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers have a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of subscription.

    To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear written statement to contact@meridiane.fr before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

    In accordance with Article L.221-28, by requesting immediate access upon subscription, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

    Refund Policy

    After the fourteen (14) day withdrawal period, no refund will be issued for the current billing period. No prorated refund for mid-term cancellations.

    • Service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours
    • Duplicate billing due to a technical error on Meridiane's part

    Cancellation

    In accordance with Loi n°2023-1322, you may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard settings or by sending a request to contact@meridiane.fr.

    Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

    Data Portability

    Upon termination of your subscription, you may request an export of your data within thirty (30) days.

    After this period, data may be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

    Legal Warranties

    Digital services are subject to the legal conformity warranty under Articles L.224-25-12 to L.224-25-26 of the French Consumer Code.

    If the service does not conform to the contract, you may request remediation or, where applicable, a price reduction or contract termination.

    Applicable Law

    These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
